This year Harvard Black Sea Security program started on April 13-15 in Ljubljana with a seminar with Ministry of Defense of Slovenia. After that the delegation departed to Paris where EU Institute for Strategic Studies hosted a workshop on European Union policy toward Black Sea Area on April 16. The Harvard curriculum was held at Kennedy School of Government on April 18-24. The Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili spoke to participants about security challenges in Black Sea area.
