Since September 2001

The program started in Bucharest, Romania with a seminar on April 4-6, after that the regional participants traveled to Vienna for a conference "EU and Black Sea Region" on April 7-8, organized by Austrian MoD. The second week was in Boston at Harvard Kennedy School from April10-15, 2011.
