Biography
Katherine Lincicum is in her first year working for Harvard Kennedy School. Previously, she worked in Irvine, California serving as an AmeriCorps VISTA with youth at risk. Katherine graduated in 2006 from Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington, where she received her B.A. in Peace Studies. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Government from Harvard University.
